Specialty hardware ― overview

    Metal-free columns
We offer the inert column hardware option, PS inert, which features a multilayer organic inert surface treatment applied to stainless steel components while retaining the robustness and mechanical strength of stainless. MTF (Metal-Touch-Free) adopts a PEEK–stainless steel double-tube structure, in which the inner PEEK construction provides a completely metal-free wetted flow path and compatibility with high-pH conditions. The Bioinert System Column (IDEX) also features a proprietary inner PEEK structure, but differs in its overall design concept. All of these hardware options are available as custom orders with all of our packing materials.
    Micro & nano columns
We manufacture general-purpose analytical columns (1.0–4.6 mm i.d.) and sub-narrow-bore columns for micro- and nano-flow applications (0.075–0.5 mm i.d.). Micro columns are available with 0.3 or 0.5 mm i.d., while Nano columns are offered with 0.075–0.15 mm i.d. In all cases, we can manufacture packed columns using appropriately selected hardware components.
